90 minutes sleep cycle concept and its use in practical life.

Many times everyone feels difficult in getting up from bed even though slept for longer time. Sometimes we get up early from bed even though we slept for a short time. This happens because of the sleep cycle. Now in this blog I discuss the sleep cycle and it’s practical application.

Sleep pattern:

Cycle has been divided into two cycles.

1.First is NREM(Non rapid eye movements)

2.Second stage is REM(Rapid eye movements).

REM Sleep is also known as deep sleep.

 

Sleep timings: Average sleep timing is 90 mins(Range: 90-110mins).

Practical application in Iife:

Each sleep cycle is 90 mins. Divide your sleep accordingly. So if someone wants to get up at 5Am in morning he / she has to sleep at 9:50Pm or 11:20pm. 10 mins is added in order to get sleep after lying down. After getting up every one feels refreshed.
