As we all know very well that because of luxury we are becoming lazy. The same thing happens in fruits. Because of laziness, we are opting for the fruit juices rather than whole fruits. Now the debate is between whole fruit vs fresh fruit juice.
 
 
 
Benefits of whole fruit over fresh fruit juice.
1.It provides fewer calories when compared with fruit juice.
2. Whole fruit contains fibers.
3. Due to the grinding of fruits, many nutrients are heat labile, so they get lost during the process.
4. Many fruit juice shops add extra sugars in order to enhance taste, which is not good.
 
Conclusion: Whole fruit is the best.
 
 
 
Tips for eating fruits:
1 Always have seasonal fruits as they are fresh and fewer preservatives are present.
2. Exotic fruits are mixed with preservatives in order to increase shelf-life.
3. Eat fruits before food because after food acid concentration in the stomach increases which prevents digestion.
4. Once the fruit is chopped then it should be consumed within 20mins.
5. Avoid eating fruits post-sunset.
6. Avoid milk with sore fruits.
