The right way of sleeping. 

We all sleep but if we sleep in the right way we will get up fresh in the morning and our whole day will be productive. Here are a few steps in order to increase the efficacy of our sleep.

1.Best time to sleep is 9Pm-6Am.

90 Mins Cycle

2.The 90 mins rule: Each sleep cycle is of 90 mins. Divide your sleep accordingly. So if someone wants to get up at 5Am in morning he / she has to sleep at 9:50Pm or 11:20pm. 10 mins is added in order to get sleep after lying down. After getting up every one feels refreshed.

3.Avoid tight clothing at night. Wear a night suit which is loose and comfortable.

4.Before going to bed go to the washroom and empty your bladder.

5.Always brush your teeth at night. Please use less toothpaste at night in order to prevent irritation in your mouth.

6.Switch off the lights. If someone wants dim light he/she can use it. Darkness increases melatonin, which helps in sleep regulation.




  1. Keep your mobile phones and gadgets away from your bed. Always switch off the mobile data while sleeping.

8.Before sleeping, clean your bed.

9.Position while sleeping: Lateral position and lying on back are both the best positions. Opt according to your comfort. Pregnant women need to sleep in the left lateral position.

10.Closed the lids of utensils or water bottles.
