The perfect way of bathing

Bathing is considered more like a ritual than a routine. If carried out properly, bath energizes the body, relaxes the mind, eliminates fatigue, sweat, dirt and environmental toxins from the skin. However, the sad part is that almost 99% of the people bath the wrong way due to which they are unintentionally harming their body rather than getting its benefits. You might feel fresh after a bath but your body might not be suffering from it. Bathing when done in a wrong way becomes the reason for dark circles, hair fall, rough skin, weak immunity, weak digestion, lethargy and even serious health issues.

Following are the few steps we need to change in order to feel fresh after bath.

1.Avoid extreme hot water for bathing. If the temperature is low then use  lukewarm water.

2.Bathing should be done before meals/food. If someone takes bath after food then he/she will have indigestion problems.

3.Oil massage over hairs and body before bath makes one feel relaxed after bath.

4.Scrub/ loofah should be used while bathing in order to remove dead skin which is on the body.

5.Best time for bathing is morning.

6.Use soaps which are natural and least toxic ingredients.

7.Don’t use excessive water for bathing. Use adequate water for bathing.
