Complete oral care.

Oral care is very important for health. Many diseases spread through the mouth. Whenever we smile our teeth are visible that will have an impression on others. Here are a few tips for oral care.

1.Brushing teeth two times a day. Brushing teeth at night is more important than in the morning. Brushing at night removes the food particles and helps in preventing caries. While brushing at night use only a small amount of toothpaste and drink one glass of water after brushing.

2.Use non-fluorinated toothpaste as we are taking fluoride in other forms we don’t need the extra fluoride.

3.Above is the right method of brushing your teeth.

4.Minimum 2 mins of brushing is recommended.

5.Cleaning of tongue is prime important. Clean tongue with tongue cleaner. This helps to remove debris from the tongue.

6.Donot use the toothpick too frequently as this may lead to a gap in between the teeth.

7.Aviod sticky foods and chocolate frequently.

8.Before and after every meal/food clean the mouth.

9.Cleaning of teeth by dentist is recommended once in a year.

10.Donot use your teeth for opening packets, bottle caps and other stuff. These are precious. Use your teeth for food only.

11.Change toothbrush once in every 3 months sooner if the bristles are frayed.

11.In case of any toothache, discoloration of teeth, bad odor from mouth, bleeding from gums and caries please visit your nearest dental clinic. Always remember a stitch in time saves nine.
