How to be energetic the whole day.
 
Everyone gets up in the morning and thinks that I should spend my day productively. Here are a few tips for those who want to spend the whole day energetic.
 
1.After waking up a glass of water.
 
 
2. Five raisins soaked in water at night, eat that along with water in the morning.
 
3. 20 mins of exercises.
 
 
 
4. Massage with sesame oil after exercise.
 
5.Todo task list.
 
6.Fruits as evening snacks.
 
7.Dinner at or before 8pm.
.
 
8.Light dinner.
 
9. Walk after dinner.
 
10.Two dry dates with 250ml milk.
 
11.Sleep between 10pm-5Am.
