Stress and time Management
Stress and time Management
Nowadays everything is available very easily but still our life has been stressful. In ancient times, to get a bus ticket or to pay BSNL landline bill or electricity bill or to transfer money or to book a flight ticket or to book a train ticket one had to visit the specific counter at a specific time. Nowadays everything is working 24 x 7 and on fingertips. But our life is a mess. Here are small tips and tricks where we can apply in our practical life which can reduce time and stress.
1.Notification in our cell phone: First Thing is to stop all app notifications on our mobile phone except important ones like whats app, gmail, messages. You can do it by visiting the settings on the phone.
2.Use a wrist watch: Each time you take your phone to check time, itโs a distraction and a risk of getting stuck, but by wearing a watch, you eliminate that problem. For many people, wearing a watch can have a positive effect on how you spend your time, as it reminds you that you only have 24 hours in a day. Thatโs not all, though. Watches not only remind you about your time, and that you need to value it greatly. My recommendation is a classic wrist watch, not a smart watch.
3.Replace old vehicles: If someone is going to the workshop very frequently in order to fix his/her vehicle then it’s time to give divorce this vehicle and marry a new one. Too many frequent visits to the workshop spoils one’s precious time and increases stress.
4.Reduce bank account to maximum two: In ancient times where there was no linking of PAN card and Adhar card, people used to suggest opening of accounts in different banks in order to prevent disclosure of your money. But now already our PAN card and aadhar card have been linked so there is no need to keep multiple accounts. Only one account is desirable, maximum two accounts. If you have multiple accounts please visit your bank immediately and get it closed. All banks charge annual maintenance charges for ATM card and SMS charges, which cause financial burden. Visiting multiple banks leads to wastage of time and stress.
5.Sell old electronics and electrical appliances: Many people are fond of keeping old electronics and electrical appliances, especially old phones, washing machines, refrigerators, AC , laptops and many more. All leads to E waste. My suggestion is get it exchanged at the time of buying new one otherwise sold it on the olx or second hand market. These appliances take your space in your home and headache to keep them in working conditions. Now it’s time to sell all the old appliances which we don’t use anymore.
6.Whatsapp tricks: Mute all the partially important groups, because notifications waste your time and energy. Exit from the group which you don’t need anymore. If someone sends forwards which are supposed to be useless for myself then request him not to send, otherwise block him so you don’t waste time. 99.9% of messages in whatsapp university are fake, we should not believe them. Please check them on authentic websites. Don’t get emotional, think before actions. Many times after seeing whatsapp status like someone going foreign trips and other things, many people will feel jealous or sometimes irritated so better to avoid checking status frequently.
7.Mobile free zone bedroom: Nowadays many couples enter bedrooms with mobile phones and they don’t even talk to each other. This leads to misunderstanding in relationships. So make bedroom mobile free or keep the mobile aside after entering the room.
8.Restrict the usage of Gadgets: Nowadays many people are using unnecessary excessive use of Gadgets like wireless bluetooth headset, bluetooth speakers, smart watches, power banks, alexa and many more. All these Gadgets need to be charged very frequently and when they are connected to your mobile which also drains your battery. Charging all these Gadgets leads to wastage of time and sometimes frustration at home. Better to use a single Sim and a single phone. Gadgets are good if someone needs it, otherwise better to avoid.
9.Avoid using tight clothing: For wearing tight clothes it usually takes more time then wearing loose clothing. At the time of nature call it’s difficult for people who wear tight clothing. For undressing tight clothes or changing it takes extra time. Loose clothes are good for body, mind and time.
10.Delete all unused apps:ย One need to uninstall all apps which are not useful, especially Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and many more. If you are a influencer then you need them for your bread and butter. 99% of the people don’t need it.
These are few important tips one can follow and so that one can manage time and stress.
